She was born on July 11, 1970 in Nakhchivan.
In 1993 she graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute.
In 2009 she defended her thesis and she is PhD in Economics.

Since 1997 she has been working at the Department of «Economic Analysis and Auditing». She is currently a senior lecturer of the department.
She is the author of about 15 scientific-methodical works.
