Born in 1995 in the Balakan region.
In 2012, she graduated from secondary school and, in the same year, was admitted to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics to study “Metrology, Standardization, and Certification Engineering.” She completed her bachelor’s degree in 2016 and subsequently continued her studies at the same university in the master’s program, specializing in “Standardization and Certification Expertise,” graduating in 2018.
She began her professional career on January 5, 2016, as an expert on ecological standards at the regional forestry department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Between February and August 2021, she worked as a career consultant at the “Dost İş” Center. Since August 2021, she has held the position of Senior Specialist in the “Vocational Training” Department under the State Employment Agency of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, where she organizes vocational training in educational institutions.

As part of her pedagogical activities, Lala Pashayeva teaches “Career Planning” and “Soft Skills” courses at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) in the “Career Planning and Development” Department, where she currently serves as a lecturer.
Her areas of expertise include vocational education and training, labor market analysis, training and personal development, career planning, soft skills development, and corporate and organizational behavior.
