Candidate Requirements:

  • A higher education degree;
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in the field of internal procurement;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, decision-making, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a team;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in the 1C software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and standards within the procurement department;
  • Securing competitive commercial offers to obtain the most cost-effective prices in the procurement process;
  • Conducting market research, identifying potential new suppliers, and negotiating terms with them;
  • Executing assigned tasks efficiently and within established deadlines;
  • Overseeing the fulfillment of orders and deliveries, managing logistics, and ensuring the timely acquisition and submission of relevant documentation;
  • Placing orders and actively participating in the procurement process in accordance with the instructions provided by the department manager.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM;
  • Lunch provided by the company;
