UNEC Community Visits Mothers of Martyrs on International Women’s Day
On the occasion of March 8- International Women’s Day, the UNEC community visited the mothers of university students and alumni who were martyred in service to the nation.
Faculty deans, staff members, and representatives of the Student Trade Union Committee paid visits to the mothers of fallen UNEC alumni residing in Baku and surrounding areas, extending their heartfelt congratulations on International Women’s Day.
During the visits, the UNEC community highlighted the irreplaceable role of Azerbaijani women in preserving family values and in raising a younger generation with deep love for their homeland and loyalty to the state. They emphasized that it was thanks to the bravery and heroism of these courageous sons—raised by heroic mothers- that our people were able to write a glorious chapter in our history.
Additionally, UNEC Rector, Professor Adalat Muradov, sent a congratulatory message to the mothers of the university’s martyred students and graduates.
