UNEC Concludes “Employability Week” in Support of Students’ Career Development
The “Employability Week” initiative, launched by Synergia Academy and organized by the Career Center at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, has successfully concluded. The event was designed to support the career development of students and facilitate their integration into the labor market.
Throughout the week, over ten esteemed companies operating under the Pasha Group umbrella delivered a series of seminars and training sessions for UNEC students.
These sessions provided comprehensive insights into a range of topics, including professional development, the demands of the modern labor market, CV preparation, interview techniques, leadership skills, and personal branding. Representatives of the Pasha Group companies also shared their professional experiences, thereby offering students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with real-world working environments.
In the final two days of the program, Human Resources specialists from Kapital Bank, Yelo Bank, Mega Insurance, PASHA Malls, GILTEX LLC, BRIDGE Group of Companies, SCANDENS Pharmaceutical Industries, Grand Logistics Center, ISR Plaza, SINTEKS Group of Companies, and Agro Food Investments conducted interviews for both paid and voluntary internship opportunities, as well as for open vacancies. Students who successfully passed the interview stage have been offered the chance to gain practical experience in their preferred organizations, marking a meaningful step toward their professional advancement.
