The VII ISCEMR-2025 International Conference Successfully Concludes
The VII International Scientific Conference for Researchers in the Field of Economics and Management (ISCEMR-2025), dedicated to the 95th anniversary of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), successfully concluded on June 14.
Organized with the support of UNEC, the Heydar Aliyev Center, the International School of Economics and Doctoral Studies, the “Regional Development” Public Union, and main sponsorship from PASHA Holding, this year’s conference focused on the theme “Circular economy and a sustainable ecosystem.”
Spanning three days, the conference welcomed 57 scholars and researchers from 24 countries. Out of the numerous submissions, 224 scientific papers were selected and published in a book of abstracts.
The program included 4 panel sessions, 9 workshops, 5 offline, 1 hybrid, and 34 online sessions. During the opening ceremony held at the Heydar Aliyev Center, as well as throughout the panels and workshops, engaging presentations and academic discussions were held on topics such as the circular economy, artificial intelligence, green universities, green technologies, digital transformation, and social inclusion.
A book exhibition organized within the framework of the conference also attracted considerable interest. Displayed at the event were the “Book of abstracts” containing the selected 224 papers, as well as titles such as “Academic writing” and “Circular economy”. UNEC also showcased Azerbaijani translations of the books “The Limits of the market” and “Sustainable energy”.
The conference’s opening ceremony, panel sessions, and workshops were broadcast live on UNEC’s official facebook page.
