Another “Open Day” held at UNEC within the framework of “Applicant Month”
A new “Open Day” event was held at the 3rd academic building of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) for prospective students and their parents as part of the ongoing “Applicant Month” initiative.
Participants were provided with comprehensive information about the university’s academic programs, merit-based scholarship schemes, admission score thresholds, the Digital UNEC platform, international partnership opportunities, the Intra-University Dual Diploma (IUDD) and minor programs, student organizations, the UNEC Creativity Center, as well as the vibrant social life of students.
Applicants had the opportunity to tour the university’s lecture halls, state-of-the-art classrooms equipped with modern technologies, the laboratory named after Nobel laureate professor Aziz Sanjar, the sports complex, and administrative offices.
Following the formal briefing, the prospective students participated in an infotour of the university organized with the support of the UNEC Innovative Youth Organization.
During the event, attendees’ questions were answered in detail, and they left the university with a positive and welcoming impression.
It should be noted that UNEC has declared the period from June 21 to July 21 as “Applicant Month.” As part of this initiative, “Open Day” events are held every Tuesday, and meetings with the rector are scheduled for every Friday throughout the month.
