Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and New Year Celebrations at UNEC

A festive event dedicated to 31 December – the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year was held at UNEC, jointly organized by the UNEC Student Trade Union Committee and the UNEC Creativity Center.
The event commenced with an opening address by UNEC Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Associate Professor Saadat Gandilova. As part of the celebratory program, dance performances, a flash mob presented by members of the Creativity Center, and various musical performances were showcased.
The engaging appearances of Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden added a special charm to the celebration, while live performances by the Shah Band further enhanced the festive atmosphere. Throughout the event, gifts were presented to students and staff members who distinguished themselves through active participation in quizzes and interactive activities.
