Significant Interest in UNEC’s Stand at the Atakent Expo Exhibition
From 19 to 21 November, the delegation of UNEC successfully represented the university at the Atakent Expo education exhibition held in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
UNEC’s participation in the exhibition was entrusted to Rasul Yusibov, Senior Specialist of the International Cooperation Department’s Foreign Relations Division, and Mehriban Samadova, Associate Professor of the Department of Applied Economics and PhD in Economics.
From the very first day of the exhibition, UNEC’s stand attracted considerable interest from school pupils, university students and members of the educational community. Visitors were provided with detailed information about the university’s extensive academic programs, international exchange opportunities, dual degree projects and global network of foreign partnerships.
UNEC’s inclusion among the world’s top 1000 universities in prestigious international rankings such as Times Higher Education and QS World University Rankings, as well as its position as the leading higher education institution in the country according to THE rankings, received high appreciation from exhibition participants. These achievements reaffirm UNEC’s status as one of the leading universities in the region.
Within the framework of the exhibition, UNEC representatives also held meetings with other universities and educational organizations to discuss prospects for cooperation. These meetings create new opportunities in areas such as student and academic staff exchange, joint projects and research collaboration.
UNEC’s participation in Atakent Expo significantly contributes to strengthening the university’s international reputation, expanding partnership relations and enhancing its position in the global higher education environment.
