Senior Lecturer, Babayev Ibrahim Mammad
He was born on October 5, 1971 in Sharur district of Nakhchivan AR.
In 1998, he graduated from Baku Institute of Social Management and Political Science (now the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan) with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and in 2000 with a master’s degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan.
In 1998-2001, he worked as a parliamentary correspondent for the newspaper of “Republic” , a body of the Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2014, she has been the host of the “Regional Development” program of the Public Policy Department of Public TV.
He is a laureate of the “Golden Pen” award. He was awarded honorary diplomas by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.
In 2001, he worked as a lecturer at the department of Political Science and Sociology of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2004 he has been a senior lecturer at the department of Political Science and Sociology (now the umanities).
He is the author of about 30 scientific-methodical works.
