Aliyeva Mashati Shakhlar
She was born on December 10, 1977 in Mingachevir.
In 1994-1998 she graduated from the law faculty of Baku State University.
In 1998-2000 she graduated from Baku State University with a master’s degree.
Since 2003, she has been a student for a degree at Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, majoring in «Criminal Procedure».
She is the author of 5 scientific articles.
Currently, she is a part-time instructor at the department of «Economic Law».
