Graduates of state and private higher education institutions are able to get continuous education on condition that the difference between the specialty to be acquired again on the basis of the initial basic training programs and the basic education program should not be more than estimated hours of a school year in accordance with the “Regulations for issuing the relevant document to those who received education in any content and direction of additional education” approved with the decision 163 on September 6 2010 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Admission to the continuing higher education is only realized online. Candidates who require receiving the above mentioned specialties should submit their documents online and they will get the right of getting educated in case of eligibility.

Admission of documents is made from July 10 2016 to August 1.

Those who are interested in getting trained in continuing professional development should submit the following documents online:

• Reference to the Rector;
• Copy of the document about the higher education (diploma) approved by the notary;
• Application from the workplace (if available);
• Labor record (if available);
• 6 pc. 3×4 sized photos;
• Copy of ID

Note: Applicants who got their first education abroad after 1993 can get the continuing professional development course after they approve their diploma by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
