Admission for second higher education for the 2025/2026 academic year at UNEC is now open

UNEC announces admission to paid second higher education in the following specialties for the 2025/2026 academic year:

  • 050615 Information Security
  • 050509 Computer Science
  • 050620 Computer Engineering
  • 050638 Industrial Engineering
  • 050606 Environmental Engineering
  • 050635 Food Engineering
  • 050622 Mechanical Engineering
  • 050623 Materials Engineering
  • 050619 Communication Systems Engineering
  • 050607 Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Applications for second higher education are accepted only electronically through the following links: https://portal.edu.az and http://www.kabinet.unec.edu.az

Applicants wishing to apply for the listed programs must first upload the required documents via https://portal.edu.az, and then through http://www.kabinet.unec.edu.az. Those who meet the relevant requirements will be granted the right to pursue second higher education.

Document submission will be carried out from May 26 to August 31, 2025.

Applicants must submit the following documents in electronic format:

  • Application addressed to the Rector
  • Notarized copy of the higher education diploma (together with the diploma supplement)
  • Photo (3×4 cm)
  • Copy of the identity card

NOTE: Individuals who obtained higher education abroad after 1993 can pursue second higher education at the university only after their diplomas have been officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
