On November 16-17, 2023, the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) will host the III International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic: “Digital Economy: Contemporary Challenges and Real Opportunities”.
We invite government, business, education, and scientific representatives to participate in this international scientific and practical conference.
The conference’s main objective is to bring together representatives of the government, private sector, universities, and international organizations to discuss current trends in the digital economy and identify the challenges ahead.

Guidelines and Requirements for Conference Materials:
- Conference materials should be submitted using the provided format (in Azerbaijani and English). Submission in this format is a requirement.
- Materials should be prepared in A4 format with 2 cm margins on the top and bottom, and 3 cm margins on the left and right. Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.15 line spacing, justified alignment, and a length of 4-5 pages are required. Abstracts should consist of 100-150 words, and keywords should not exceed 5 words.
- Figures should be clear and of high quality, centered within the text. After each figure, a line should be left blank, followed by a sequential numbering with a short description starting with the word “Figure.” Each figure must be referenced within the text, e.g., (Figure 1).
- Tables should be prepared in Microsoft Word or Excel and centered within the text. Similar to figures, each table should be referenced within the text with sequential numbering and a short description starting with the word “Table.”
- Equations should be written using the standard Word Equation editor. There should be a line before and after the equation, and sequential numbering should be used. The equation number should be placed to the right in parentheses. When referencing equations in the text, include the equation number in parentheses.
- The list of references should be alphabetically ordered. Citations in the text should be provided in square brackets with the sequence number, e.g., [1, 2]. Reference to recent publications is encouraged.

- The deadline for submitting conference materials is October 17, 2023.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to select materials that align with the conference themes. Materials that do not comply with other publications’ publishing guidelines and requirements will not be accepted. All materials will be checked with an anti-plagiarism program.
