Attention of Individuals Seeking Reinstatement to UNEC

Pursuant to the Rules on the Transfer, Dismissal, Reinstatement, and Granting of Academic Leave to Students at the Bachelor’s and Master’s Levels of Higher Education Institutions, as well as to Students Enrolled in Basic Medical Education, the reinstatement of dismissed students shall be carried out during the winter and summer vacation periods within a period of 15 years from the date of dismissal.

In accordance with the Rules on the Reinstatement of Students Returning from Academic Leave and Dismissed Students to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), applications for reinstatement shall be accepted from 5 January 2026 until 3 February 2026.

The following documents are required for reinstatement:

  • an application addressed to the Rector, indicating the faculty, field of study, year of study, date of dismissal, e mail address, and contact telephone number;
  • a copy of the identity document (in cases of surname change, a copy of the relevant supporting document must be attached);
  • a copy of the military service document;
  • a certificate confirming the absence of outstanding tuition fee obligations;
  • an archival certificate (for applicants dismissed prior to 2015).
