In the framework of this program, two UNEC professors (both male and female) will carry out a 2-week teaching activity at the Academy of Silesia in Poland during the fall semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
Program Objective
The aim of the program is to increase the international teaching experience of researchers at UNEC, implement new and innovative teaching methods, expand scientific collaboration opportunities, and establish long-term partnership relations with the Academy of Silesia.
Candidate Requirements
• PhD degree in Economics (minimum requirement)
• Proficiency in modern and innovative teaching methods
• Knowledge in teaching and applying Marketing
• Proficiency in Russian (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to apply innovative methods in teaching
• Experience and ability to adapt to an international teaching environment
Required Documents
Candidates must submit the following 3 documents:
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English or Russian
• Two-week teaching program, including lectures, seminars, and list of topics for student projects (25 topics) on “Marketing Research”
• List of scientific works
The teaching program should include the following components:
• Lectures: 16 hours
• Practical lessons: 24 hours
• Supervision of student projects: 25 hours (for a student group of 25 people)
Process
The process consists of two stages:
• Documents will be initially assessed by the UNEC Women’s Research Council’s Science Committee.
• Relevant candidates’ documents will be submitted to the Science Committee of the Academy of Silesia.
• The final decision will be made by the Academy of Silesia in Poland, and two candidates will be selected to start teaching as Visiting Professors.
• The final evaluation process among the UNEC faculty will select two candidates for the Visiting Professor Program.
