She was born in 1978.
In 1999, she graduated with honors from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, in “Economics and Management of Production”. In 2001, she graduated with honors from the Master’s degree in “Economics and Management of Production and Service sectors”.
In 2005, she defended her dissertation on “Investment priorities of structural changes in industry in the market economy.” In 2006, she received her PhD in economics.
In 2000-2002 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Industry Economy”.
In 2003 – 2017, she was appointed as a lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor of “Economy of enterprise” chair.

At present she is the assistant professor of “Economy” department of Russian School of Economics.
She is the author of 53 scientific and educational-methodical works. One of them is monograph, one textbook, one methodical instruction, 18 scientific articles, 11 programs, 21 theses of scientific-practical conferences.
She is married, has 2 children.
