Sultanli Leyla Chingiz
She received her bachelor’s degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and her master’s degree at Hacettepe University in Turkey.
She completed her master’s studies by being awarded by the President of the Republic of Turkey as one of the 20 most successful students among international students.
Currently, she is a PhD student at Istanbul University majoring in “Management”.
Since 2018, she has been a lecturer at ” Economics and Management” department of UNEC and teaches at the Faculty of Economics of Turkic World.

She has given management training at SMBDA and a number of local companies.
She is the co-author of the textbook “Basics of Management”.
She is the author of 6 scientific articles published in local and international journals and conferences.
