Delegation from Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Visits UNEC

A distinguished delegation comprising Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and Chairman of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group, Mr. Shamil Ayrim; Chairman of the Turkey–Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Friendship Group, Mr. Orhan Erdem; Rector of Eastern Mediterranean University, Professor Hasan Kilich; Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Eastern Mediterranean University Foundation, Mr. Erdal Ozcenk; and Political Advisor to the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Mr. Anil Kaya, paid an official visit to Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
The meeting, held with the participation of UNEC Rector, Professor Adalat Muradov, and senior university officials, focused on exploring potential avenues for bilateral cooperation. Professor Muradov provided the esteemed guests with a comprehensive overview of UNEC’s educational infrastructure, digital governance system, international partnerships, dual degree and exchange programs, global rankings, as well as its student and academic body.
The delegation commended UNEC’s innovative and modern approach to higher education and expressed keen interest in establishing collaborative relations with the university.
