The results of the scientific researches made in the direction of studying the “Photoconductivity in part-disordered crystal semiconductors of flaky structure of AIII and BVI compounds” by the Head of the Department “Physics and Chemistry” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Dr. of Physical Sciences Rovneg Rzayev and the Professor of the same Department, Dr. of Physical Sciences Rena Rzayeva’s was published in the prestigious Korean International Journal of A category which has 4,588 impact indicator “Prospective Researches”.
