The introduction of this new module aims to enhance the efficiency of academic management processes and improve student-centered administration. Through the system, annual planning and management processes will be carried out in a centralized manner.
In addition, the module will enable the automatic creation of academic and course groups in accordance with student enrollment numbers and admission plans. Students will be able to select courses electronically within the framework of their individual study plans. Based on these selections, contracts will be generated and payment requests will be formed automatically.
The new system will also facilitate a wide range of digital academic operations, including electronic submission of applications for summer semester and retake examinations, integration of credits earned at other higher education institutions into student transcripts, application of payment deferrals and discounts, automated calculation of teaching loads, monitoring of academic plans, generation of graduation lists, and preparation of diploma supplements.
The digital module also provides opportunities for students to participate in various programs within UNEC, including dual degree (UDID) and minor programs.
