The discussions built upon the initial collaboration launched during UNEC rector, professor Adalat Muradov’s official visit to China in June. The two sides engaged in in-depth dialogue and reached a number of significant agreements aimed at strengthening bilateral academic ties.
Key outcomes of the meeting included the decision to establish a Joint Research Center, to initiate reciprocal faculty and student exchange programs beginning this September, and to create a counterpart of LUFE’s China-Azerbaijan Education Cooperation Center at UNEC.
The meeting concluded with the formal signing of a memorandum encapsulating the agreements reached between the two institutions.
Following the signing ceremony, the Chinese delegation was given a comprehensive tour of UNEC’s state-of-the-art facilities, including the External Studies Center, Bloomberg Laboratory, Career Center, examination halls, and other key academic and research infrastructures.
