The Winter Exam Session is in progress at Zagatala Branch of UNEC. The public representatives’ and parents’ attendance in the process were provided within the session. The parents may follow the exams and the checking of the results. The School Deans, teachers and controllers answered their questions.
Note that, the exams are held with the participation of the commission established by UNEC Rector and within the training schedule, in accordance with the time-table approved by the Director of the branch. In general 113 students’ participation on 4 majors is planned in the exams. Students’ results are announced on the same day and are placed in the announcements stand until the end of the day.
The Appeals Commission also available at the branch to investigate the appeals in connection with the exam results and to ensure the proper assessment. Student should write an application to the Appeal Commission on the same day the results are announced. The commission re-examines the student’s result and provides the objectivity of the decision.
In addition, aiming to investigate the disagreements may appear and solve them appropriately “Headquarters” was established at the branch. The “Headquarters” is functioning 5 days a week from 09am to 06pm. To contact the “Headquarters” is possible by calling on 020-26-9-63-70.
