UNEC Delegation Visited the “Mother’s Cry” Monument

On February 26, marking the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, a delegation from UNEC visited the “Mother’s Cry” monument, erected in honor of the victims of the tragedy.
The delegation laid wreaths at the monument and paid their profound respects to the memory of those who lost their lives in the tragedy.
