Born in 1989 in Sumgayit. She completed her secondary education in 2007 and was admitted to Qafqaz University in the same year. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2012, achieving a cumulative grade point average of 92 out of 100. In 2015, she completed her master’s degree with a score of 95 out of 100.
Her professional career began on February 15, 2013, as a lecturer at Qafqaz University. In November 2021, she joined the Innab Career Center as a Recruitment Specialist, and from 2022 onward, she served as the Head of the Center.

Currently, she is a lecturer in the Department of Career Planning and Development at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
Her areas of expertise include: Training and Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Management, Human Capital Development, Soft Skills
In addition to her academic activities, Vusala Huseynova serves as a project manager at Innab Career Center and CareerUp, where she contributes to various projects in career development and talent management.
