He was born in Shaki\u00a0in 1956.\u00a0He got secondary education in Baku school within 1963-1973.
\nHe studied at Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (present Azerbaijan State University of Economics)\u00a0in 1973-1978.
\nIn the years 1983-1985he was the post graduate of the same institute.
\nIn 1988\u00a0got the title of a candidate on economic sciences defending at St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance named after Voznesensky.<\/p>\n

\u00a0In 1986-1992 served as a teacher at ASUE, in 1986-1989 was the chairman of Student Trade Union Committee of ASUE.<\/p>\n

In 1992-1993\u00a0worked as the head of the Executive Power of Lerik region.<\/p>\n

In 1994-1997\u00a0became an Associated Professor of Baku Business University, worked as a dean.
\nSince 1997\u00a0has been the an Associated Professor of ASUE chair of \u201cEconomic Theory \u2013 1\u201d.<\/p>\n

Since 2000\u00a0has been a press secretary of ASUE journal \u201cEconomics Sciences: theory and practice\u201d.<\/p>\n

In 2006-2014 he became a deputy dean of ASUE faculty of \u201cTurkish World of Business Administration\u201d.
\nSince 2014 -2021 has been a Dean of the Faculty \u201cGeneral Economy\u201d.<\/p>\n

More than 60 of his studies, monographs, manuals and translations have been published in Azerbaijan, Russia, and Czechoslovakia.\u00a0He regularly participates at the international conferences.<\/p>\n

According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 24, 2020, he was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Teacher” on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of\u00a0 Azerbaijan State University of Economics and for his services to the development of education in Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
