He was born in Givrag village, Sharur region, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan Republic on September 04, 1955.<\/p>\n

\n1976-1980 \u2013\u00a0Azerbaijan National Economy Institute named after D.Bunyadzade\u00a0(present Azerbaijan State University Economics)
\n2005 \u2013\u00a0PhD on economics; \u00a02008 \u2013 Associate Professor<\/p>\n

Labour activity:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1972-1973 \u2013 worker in sovkhoz named after N.Narimanov in Sharur region
\n1980-2001 \u2013 economist, senior economist, chief of workshop, chief engineer, deputy director in the enterprises of the Ministry of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Industry; chairman and director of Trade Union Committee.
\n2006-2011 \u2013 Deputy Dean; \u00a0 \u00a02011-2012 \u2013 Head of department<\/p>\n

Currently, he is the head of UNEC’s “Business and Logistics” department (formerly “Business Management”).<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 24, 2020, he was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Teacher” on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of\u00a0 Azerbaijan State University of Economics and for his services to the development of education in Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

He is an author of 15 scientific articles about strategic problems of introduction of Azerbaijan oil to world markets, 1 textbook and 1 training aid.<\/p>\n

He is married, has three children and two grandchildren.<\/p>\n
