He was born in 1952 in Baku city.<\/p>\n

Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Baku State University, the faculty of mechanics and mathematics, 1969-1974, diploma on higher education.<\/p>\n

Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the USSR, Academy of Sciences, Russia, Moscow city, 1984, Diploma in Economic Sciences. Specialty: 08.00.05 \u2013 Economics and management of national economy (macroeconomics). The subject of dissertation work: \u00abPrediction of the integral characteristics of the quality of life of the republic population\u00bb<\/p>\n

Azerbaijan State Economic University, Baku city, 2007, Diploma in Doctor of Economics. Specialty: 08.00.05 \u2013 Economics and management of national economy (macroeconomics). The subject of dissertation work: \u201cProblems of regulation of social infrastructure in modern condition in Azerbaijan\u201d<\/p>\n

Directions of scientific activity:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 35 years of experience in learning, research, management and expertise of different social and economic problems in Azerbaijan and other regions of the former USSR;
\n\u2013 The member of Expert Commission, Ministry of Education in 1993-1994.
\n\u2013\u00a0Economist-expert in the \u00abState Program in the field of decrease of poverty in Azerbaijan<\/strong>\u00bb, 2001.
\n\u2013 The author of publications on some social and economic problems, also, four reports on the problems of quality of life of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the USSR, Academy of Sciences.<\/p>\n

According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed on September 26 2011, he was awarded the title of “Honored Teacher” for his contributions made in the development of Azerbaijan education.<\/p>\n
