The UNEC alumnus of\u00a0 2016-2017 years have provided \u201cSTEM Intelligence Math Competition\u201damong the <\/em>I-st year students.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/h1>\n

The competition was organized in English language by the alumnus of the\u00a0International School of Economics<\/a><\/span> and the rules were published through Facebook. The alumnus who had won the various knowledge competitions within their university years gave the recommendations to the students and noted that they just should be patient to win.They said \u201c Do not worry about the scope of the question, sometimes the easiest questions are the longest ones\u201d.<\/p>\n

The III-rd year students of the International School of Economics Firuza Alizadeh, Kurshad Mammadov and Alikhan Huseynov presented to the participants the questions prepared by the alumnus who were not able to attend the competition due to being at work. The alumnus had prepared for the students the 15 questions consisted of 14 test questions and 1 open question. The students were given 70 minutes to answer the questions. The students stated that they had found difficulty in solving the 15-th question.<\/p>\n

The winners were determined by the alumnus checking the answer sheets. In the\u00a0 \u201cSTEM Intelligence Math Competition\u201d Nijat Hashimov, Rashad Mustafasoy and Rajab Aliyev got the III-rd place. Metin Babayev won the II-nd place. The title \u201cMath Genius\u201d \u00a0was won by Javad Aliyev.<\/p>\n

The alumnus have awarded the winners with cash prizes and cups.<\/p>\n

At the awarding ceremony the alumnus emphasasized that the results were excellent, the most particiapants had moved away from the winning only for one point. The alumnus clarifying the 15-th question said that it had been included into the list of\u00a0 the unsolved math questions in the world. \u00a0da oldu\u011funu bildiribl\u0259r.<\/p>\n

The alumnus emphasized that they would continue to provide the knowledge competions on different subjects and noted that these competitions were a very successful starting point in mainting the permanent relationship between university and alumnus and also the alumnus-student relationship in future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
