The most topical books, which are impossible to find in the public domain in the Internet,\u00a0\u00a0 will be available for you on the platform. \u00a0Working with the IPR books you will be able to save time and money spent on searching and buying the editions recommended for training. Herewith, it is possible to refer to the system and the full texts of the books without any restrictions \u2014 within 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any device. The work in on-line environments is available on the site http:\/\/i\u0440\u0433b\u043e\u043eksh\u043e\u0440.\u0433u. The transition to the database for the new users is possible after authorization, for which the new users need to obtain a login and password from the Center Electronic Administration (the former ICTC) \u00a0in each campus (I campus \u2013 room 111, II- campus \u2013room 118, IV campus \u2013 room 220). \u00a0Then, it is necessary to register personally and further to log in to the electronic library system (ELS) with own login details.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear students, teachers and the employees of the library!
