The new dean has been appointed at the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC) in the Turkish World of Economics Faculty (TWEF-TUDIFAK).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The rector of UNEC, professor Adalat Muradov met with the Chairman of the Turkish World Research Foundation Kozhan Yazgan and the new Turkish dean of TUD\u0130FAK, prof.Dr.Hayati Beshirli.<\/p>\n

Emphasizing that UNEC is only higher education institution delivering the education in the Ottoman Turkish language, A.Muradov noted that TUD\u0130FAK was always ahead with its qualified education and training. The rector said that, along with the local teachers, the professors invited from Turkey were involved in teaching at the faculty and underlined that, in the new academic year 8 young teachers had begun the pedagogical activity in TUD\u0130FAK. The rector spoke about the international relations of UNEC and the dual degree diplomas, as well. A.Muradov, noting that, the dual degree diploma programs on bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degree level of study with the leading universities of Europe were implemented at UNEC, said that he was interested in cooperating with Turkish universities in this direction, as well. The rector said that, the establishment of the university in the future that would train the personnel in the sphere of economy for the Turkish world on the basis of TUD\u0130FAK is among the strategic targets of the UNEC.<\/p>\n

Hayati Beshirli expressed his satisfaction with working in the largest economics university of Azerbaijan and he expressed his confidence that, the new achievements would be gained in the field of preparation of highly qualified economical staff in Turkish language, the expansion of the international relations of the university and the further increase of quality of education.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, were exchanged the views on such topics as the expansion of relations at TUD\u0130FAK with Turkish universities, obtaining of the manuals in Turkish language and other topics.<\/p>\n

At the end, A. Muradov wished Hayati Beshirli the success in his new activity in the position of dean at UNEC.<\/p>\n

About Hayati Beshirli:\u00a0<\/strong>Hayati Beshirli graduated from Hacettepe University with the bachelor\u2019s degree in the specialty of sociology. In 1998, he graduated from the same university with the master\u2019s degree, and in 2003, with PhD degree in the specialty of sociology. H.Be\u015firli was engaged in pedagogical activity at Hacettepe, Sakarya, Gazi and Manas universities and worked in the positions of the head of the chair, the director of the Master\u2019s and Doctorate center. He performed the speech in the international conferences held in Turkey and abroad dedicated to such topics as Turkic philology, Social Sciences, Intercultural Dialogue, Globalization, Regional Integration and others. The numerous scientific articles have been published in the prestigious magazines of Turkey. Hayati Beshirli was awarded the Prize of Foundation of Turkish World Writers and Artists (T\u00dcRKSAV) for his book \u201cViews of students of Turkish States on the Turkish World\u201d.
