After listening to the appeals, the rector gave instructions to the heads of departments to investigate and resolve them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reception of the UNEC rector with university staff and students is held on Thursday of each week\u00a0 \u00a0in academic buildings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But on the first Saturday of each month, UNEC hosts \u201cOpen Door\u201d days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UNEC has the service of \u201cHot line\u201d for listening to proposals at UNEC, operative investigation of complaints, to register for the rector&#8217;s reception. &#8220;Hot line&#8221; is functioning\u00a0\u00a0 every day from 09.00 to 18.00.
