On October 23, at\u00a0 \u00a0Azerbaijan State \u00a0University of Economics (UNEC), a mass patriotic event under the motto \u201cKarabakh is Azerbaijan!\u201d was held.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

At the event, organized by UNEC and \u201cSes\u201d Media Group, initiated by the Ministry of Defense, the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev and those who died for the independence and territorial integrity of our republic was commemorated with a minute’s silence and the national anthem was played.<\/p>\n

Colonel Abdulla Gurbani, a representative of the Ministry of Defense, honored art worker, presidential pensioner, spoke about the event.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, UNEC Rector, Doctor of Economic sciences, Professor Adalat Muradov said: \u201cNo Azerbaijani citizen can be found who won\u2019t \u00a0\u00a0be ready to die for the restoration of territorial integrity of our republic and the liberation of our lands from occupation. Each of our citizens is ready for every command of the Supreme Commander to achieve this goal. Because the liberation of Nagorno-Karabakh is a desire, a matter and a problem not only for the Azerbaijani state, but also for the people who live in this land, as well as our teachers, students, every technical worker and staff at our university. \u201d<\/p>\n

The rector said that the intention to return Nagorno-Karabakh had turned our people into a key value, \u00a0\u00a0national unity and civic solidarity that united our people around the state and the President of Azerbaijan. 20,000 staff \u00a0of UNEC had always served that purpose. Today we reaffirm our commitment to the ideas of national leader Heydar Aliyev. We demonstrate national unity and civic solidarity by uniting around President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev. The motto \u201cKarabakh is Azerbaijan!\u201d has become a motto of every UNEC employee and is the focus of each of us.<\/p>\n

Expressing his gratitude for the organization of the event, deputy chairman of the parliament Bahar Muradova said that the slogan \u201cKarabakh is Azerbaijan!\u201d has recently risen to the level of national idea in our country. As one of the key areas of our activities today, in the light of three-coloured flag, we must ensure \u00a0territorial integrity, that each of our compatriots who had to live there , but who live in difficult conditions in Azerbaijan and in different regions of the world return \u00a0their home. To create this guarantee and achieve this goal, the Azerbaijani government has taken the necessary steps since the time of the great leader Heydar Aliyev.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe liberation of Horadiz and 22 surrounding villages during the 1994 Horadiz operation proved that Armenia and its patrons could not speak to Azerbaijan with guns. Over the past period, Azerbaijan has won consecutive victories over the enemy by increasing its military, political and economic power and it made \u00a0the whole world \u00a0accept that Karabakh is the ancient and historic territory of Azerbaijan and that Azerbaijan will not allow the establishment \u00a0of the second Armenian state on its lands. Today the whole world realizes that Karabakh can never be Armenia\u2032s, Karabakh can never be independent, Karabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan, the eternal\u00a0 land of Azerbaijan. ” B.Muradova said.<\/p>\n

B.Muradova emphasized that the victory in Lalatapa and other areas under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev in the April 2016 ruinded the myth about the Armenian army, along with demonstrating that modern Azerbaijani Army was the most powerful army in the region and could win big victories with a small blow. President Ilham Aliyev had added two major diplomatic wins to the military victory since 2016. We once again made announcement to the world \u00a0\u201cKarabakh is Azerbaijan”. This really led Armenia and its patrons to realize once again that they \u00a0had to settle with today’s power of Azerbaijan. It had \u00a0\u00a0inspired us to fulfill this task as soon as possible, to believe in our own strengths, and to move toward our goals. Each of our young people should be ready as an exclamatory mark \u00a0\u00a0behind the statement “Karabakh is Azerbaijan and the exclamation mark” . Each of us is behind this exclamation mark. We must step towards this goal, which president \u00a0Ilham Aliyev has set before us, both with military and diplomatic successes. All of us should be part of the whole movement for the sake of Azerbaijan in general, support the Azerbaijani Army, \u00a0and protect the economic development and social and political stability of our country. Today, the slogan “Karabakh is Azerbaijan and the sign of exclamation” should be heard aloud.<\/p>\n

Bahruz Guliyev, Head of \u201cSes\u201d Media Group, chairman of the board of the public association \u201cAzerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh Region of the Republic of Azerbaijan\u201d Tural Ganjaliyev emphasized that the idea supreme commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, president of the republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev \u00a0said on his resolute speech at the plenary session of the Valday International Discussion Club in Sochi \u00a0\u201cKarabakh is a historic, ancient Azerbaijani land. Thus, Karabakh is Azerbaijan and a sign of \u00a0exclamation \u00a0\u201d had already become a motto. It was noted that the statement of President Ilham Aliyev was met with great enthusiasm in the Azerbaijani Army and placed new tasks before our army.<\/p>\n

The words of a soldier from the front line, Lalatapa, with the order of \u201cFlag of Azerbaijan\u201d , participant of the April battles, ensign Takhir Misirkhanov \u201cPresident Ilham Aliyev\u00a0 put exclamation mark of \u00a0\u201cKarabakh is Azerbaija.\u201d\u00a0 Under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief we shall put the fullstop of \u201cKarabakh is Azerbaijan\u201d. I wish each of you love of the homeland, the land, the flag and \u00a0Azerbaijan \u201d were greeted with applause.<\/p>\n

In the end, the art – choreographic composition \u201cKarabakh is Azerbaijan!\u201d was demonstrated with the participation of united dance groups and soloists of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Hazi Aslanov Army Ideological and Cultural Center.<\/p>\n

At the end of the meeting, the appeal was addressed to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev on behalf of the UNEC staff.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that the screenwriter and director of the event is Colonel Abdullah Gurbani, a representative of the Ministry of Defense, honored art Worker, presidential personal pensioner.<\/p>\n
