She said the main goal was to create a student self-government system, to develop a transparent, effective management mechanism, to identify the relationships between students and university management based on international experience. Vice-rector urged students to be objective in the elections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then faculty candidates announced their platforms. After the speeches, voting was held.
