He noted that 14 PhD\u00a0students are currently studying at Istanbul University in Turkey, and this year an additional 8 PhD\u00a0students have received a letter of approval from the UNEC to study abroad. The speech also voiced proposals on the existing problems of doctoral education and their solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Then, the current state of doctoral education was discussed at UNEC, and proposals for improving doctoral education were heard.
