Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Professor Adalat Muradov has started to hold meetings with a first year undergraduates who entered the university in 2015\/2016 academic year. A series of meetings aim to deliver the students information about the innovations and the training process in the university and to learn the students\u2019 impressions with the university.<\/p>\n
Initially Rector met with the freshmen of the Faculty Economy and Industry, then \u201cBusiness Administration\u201d. During his speech Rector delivered detailed information about the University. He said that, every novelty carried out at UNEC for the students. Speaking about the importance of raising the prestige of the University to students and the teaching staffs, Rector noted that UNEC must become a world- class university in a short period of time. A.Muradov stressed the achievements gained in the field of international relations.\u00a0 Rector also mentioned about the application of the modern technologies such as \u201cE- University\u201d platform and \u201cE-Document Management\u201d. He stressed the students\u2019 assessment as a main factor, explaining the essence of the E-University platform. The Rector urged the students to be active in the social life of the university and to spend their spare time more efficient. Adding his recommendations on joining the circles performing under the creative center, in addition Rector noted that all conditions were created at Radio UNEC for the realization of the students\u2019 initiatives. He pointed that the students can write about the problems and suggestions to the Rector\u2019s personal facebook page.<\/p>\n
Afterwards, students addressed their questions to the Rector. A.Muradov responded the students\u2019 questions about the implementation of the colloquiums and exams, teaching process, attendance, unique campus, scholarship opportunities, e-library and the implementation of the sports competitions.<\/p>\n
In the end of the meeting Rector said that soon we shall turn into the reality the University we dream for in the example of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
