The \u201cScience Days\u201d dedicated to the \u201cWorld Science Day\u201d and the 70th<\/sup> Anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (NASA) is completed at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).<\/p>\n

Rector of University, Professor Adalat Muradov said that the \u201cScience Days\u201d held in UNEC aims to stimulate scientific researches. Rector emphasized the importance of paying more attention to scientific researches. Rector also noted that the young candidates, graduate and undergraduate students distinguished in the scientific article competition will be involved to the scientific researches of the university. At the same time, the winners of the contest will also be involved to the project \u201cPrediction of Azerbaijani oil price to the world market\u201d started by the grow economy laboratory.
\nWinners of the scientific articles contest announced among the young candidates for a degree, graduate and undergraduate students of UNEC were awarded certificates.<\/p>\n

It should be noted the three-day \u201cScience Days\u201d lasted with the plenary sessions about the significance of economy in modern society. Reports on \u201cNew Model to Control the Activities of Financial Institutions: Global Experience and Azerbaijan reality\u201d and \u201cThe Role of Economic Analysis in conducting an Audit\u201d were heard during the round-table discussion chaired by the Head of the Department \u2018Finance and Accounting\u201d, Professor Sifariz Sabzaliyev at the main academic building of the university. Extensive discussions on the heard reports were made.<\/p>\n

During the round-table discussion held in the second academic building of the university Professor Ali Alirzayev spoke about the main development directions of the economic science. Summarizing the results of research conducted Professors discussed some issues.<\/p>\n

Professor Ali Hasanov spoke about the increase in production of consumer products, future tasks to increase the quality in modern world, updating range of goods in accordance with consumers\u2019 ever-growing demands, importance of scientific research carried out in upgrading and the role of these measures in the development of economy consequently during the round-table held in the third academic building.<\/p>\n

21 undergraduate and graduate students\u2019 reports were heard within the round- table discussion.<\/p>\n

Reports on \u201cUsing Innovative Methods in Improving the Quality of Education\u201d and \u201cThe Role of Government in the Management of Corporate Projects\u201d in the round- table discussion held at the fourth academic building.<\/p>\n
