Head of the Department \u201cThe Russian Language\u201d Gulnare Rzayeva spoke about the outstanding poet, public figure and academician Bakhtiyar Vahabzade\u2019s life and activity. She said the Poet\u2019s extensive and effective way of artistic creativity, scientific, educational activity wrote the most valuable and unforgettable pages in the history of the Azerbaijani intelligentsia of active citizenship position. Dean of the Faculty International Economic Relations Masur Barkhudarov, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration Zulfugar Ibrahimli highlighted the poet\u2019s creativity of poetic and philosophical content played an important role in strengthening civic spirit of national poetry and enriching of public opinion with literacy ideas of independence. They stressed that the people\u2019s poet had realized himself the entire and great Azerbaijan\u2019s national poet and was proud of carrying this mission.<\/p>\n<p>A senior teaching staff member of the Department \u201cThe Russian Language\u201d Konul Ismayilova pointed that Bakhtiyar Bahabzade made important contributions to the development of Azerbaijani literature with his multifaceted creativity and had reached the top of modern classic of national poetry.<\/p>\n<p>A video reflecting Bakhtiyar Vahabzade\u2019s life and activity was featured during the event; poems in his own performance were also featured.
