A meeting with the young teaching staff of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) participating in the trainings \u201cInteractive Education in University Systems\u201d was held on February 12.<\/p>\n
During the meeting UNEC Rector, Professor Adalat Muradov noted that the reforms held in the education system have strengthened the rivalry among the universities further more and given impetus to the fight for a good teacher and a good student.<\/p>\n
Saying UNEC pretends to become a leader in this fight, Rector noted that the teaching staff\u2019s salaries have been increased in three stages and highlighted that UNEC\u2019s salaries for pedagogical activity is higher than the teaching staff of the universities of Turkey. Rector also stressed that we have enough strong cadres potential to solve the obligations of the university and we have lots of expectations of the young teaching staff.<\/p>\n
The trainees\u2019 impressions were heard during the meeting, knowledge obtained from the training and future plans have been discussed. The instructors noted that the experience got from the trainings conducted by the Professor of Uludagh University Erjan Dulgeroghlu was of great importance for them and that they would be able to use these teaching methods during the classes in the spring term. They proposed the kind of trainings to be continues.<\/p>\n
Afterwards, Rector A.Muradov presented UNEC\u2019s Letter of Gratitude to the Turkish Professor Erjan Dulgeroghlu.<\/p>\n
Note that, 32 UNEC teachers have taken part in the trainings conducted by the Professor of Uludagh University Erjan Dulgeroghlu held in Guba Training, Sports and Resort Complex of the University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
