He emphasized that the strategies implemented under Heydar Aliyev\u2019s leadership laid the foundation for the successes achieved in all spheres. Mr. Asgarov noted that the prominent statesman overcame significant challenges facing the nation and rapidly transformed Azerbaijan into a secular, democratic state governed by the rule of law. He further underlined the pivotal role of the New Azerbaijan Party, which has evolved into a nationwide political force. The Party has dutifully fulfilled its responsibilities in advancing Azerbaijan\u2019s political, economic, social, and democratic development, leaving a legacy of historic initiatives and achievements inspired by Heydar Aliyev\u2019s ideas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Following the opening remarks, senior lecturer at the \u201cDesign\u201d Department, Gulchohra Salehzada, delivered a presentation titled \u201cThe New Azerbaijan Party: The Party of the Past, Present, and Future.\u201d Additionally, lecturer Narmina Namazova presented on \u201cHeydar Aliyev\u2019s Exceptional Contributions to Azerbaijani Culture.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A commemorative event dedicated to National Leader Heydar Aliyev was jointly organized by the territorial party organization located at \u201cIstiglaliyyat 6\u201d under the NAP Sabail District Organization and the Center for the Study of Heydar Aliyev\u2019s Economic Legacy at UNEC.
