Celebrating Excellence:\u00a0Azerbaijan State University of Economics \u2022 UNEC<\/a><\/span>\u00a0Receives FIBAA Programme Accreditation for Three Master’s Degree Programs!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

On December 17, 2024, the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) celebrated a remarkable achievement \u2014 the official awarding of the FIBAA Programme Accreditation certificates for its three master\u2019s degree programs in Economics, Finance and Business Administration.<\/p>\n

These programs have been granted unconditional accreditation for a full five-year period, a testament to UNEC’s dedication to quality education and alignment with international standards.<\/p>\n

The official ceremony was graced by key representatives from state education authorities and the university\u2019s leadership. During the event, there was a productive exchange of ideas about the future of higher education at UNEC.<\/p>\n

?\u00a0Ulker Sattarova<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, Director of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, highlighted the significance of UNEC’s efforts to strengthen its international relations.<\/p>\n

? Professor\u00a0Adalat Muradov<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, Rector of UNEC, emphasized the pride that comes with achieving international accreditation, noting that it reaffirms UNEC’s commitment to global quality standards.<\/p>\n

?\u00a0Tural Ahmadov<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, underscored the role of accreditation in furthering UNEC’s internationalization and development.<\/p>\n

FIBAA Managing Director,\u00a0Freiberger Diane<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, took the stage to discuss the perspectives of international program accreditation for Azerbaijani higher education institutions. As a member of\u00a0ENQA: European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, FIBAA remains committed to promoting excellence, transparency, and employability in higher education.<\/p>\n
