He announced that exams for specialized courses would be conducted in an electronic written format, while non-specialized courses would use a test-based approach. He also highlighted that during the examination session, the rector\u2019s traditional \u201cOpen Door\u201d days would be held every Saturday, and examination headquarters would be operational.<\/p>\n<p>Associate Professor Shaig Asgarov, Vice-Rector for Administrative and Organizational Affairs, presented a report on the implementation of the approved Action Plan for the declaration of 2024 as the \u201cGreen UNEC\u201d year. He noted that as part of the \u201cGreen UNEC\u201d year, various international conferences, events, tree-planting campaigns, art competitions, sports tournaments, book presentations dedicated to environmental themes, and other activities had been organized.<\/p>\n<p>Following this, Professors Yadulla Hasanli and Yashar Kalbiyev presented annual reports on the activities of the Dissertation Councils.<\/p>\n<p>UNEC\u2019s Scientific Secretary, Associate Professor Arabiyya Mustafayeva, provided information on the implementation status of the Scientific Council\u2019s decisions for the first semester of the 2024\/2025 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>The session continued with the discussion of current issues.<\/p>\n<p>The Scientific Council approved the establishment of the \u201cUNEC Diplomacy Organization,\u201d the \u201cUNEC Inclusive Education Support Organization,\u201d and the \u201cUNEC Turkic World Youth Organization\u201d based on student initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>UNEC Rector, Professor Adalat Muradov, emphasized that 2025 would mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the UNEC Inclusive Education Center.
