\u201cLeading Teacher- Leading University\u201d<\/h3>\n

To improve the quality of teaching at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) it is necessary to expand measures to stimulate the academic staff\u2019s performances constantly.<\/p>\n

To draw the \u201cLeading Teacher<\/strong>\u201d aspect to the fore and realize the promotional projects in this direction are considered appropriate to achieve UNEC\u2019s goal of becoming a leading university in a short period of time.<\/p>\n

To this end, the \u201cLeading Teacher-Leading University\u201d Project starts between the dates 1st<\/sup> October 2016 – 30th <\/sup>June 2017<\/span><\/strong>. The Project will give a positive impetus to improving the level of UNEC academic staff\u2019s professionalism, promotion of scientific research, increasing self- development, social activities and in general to the process of teaching. The rivalry to be conducted among the academic staff members in 7 nominations of \u201cLeading Teacher\u201d criteria will make special contributions to increasing the quality of and efficiency of teaching.<\/p>\n

Instructors who wish to participate in the project should fill in the downloaded application form with the appropriate information and send to event@unec.edu.az<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The Commission consisting of 5 people attends 4 classes (2 lectures and 2 seminars) of the instructor without the prior notice and conducts assessment on criteria. Note: In case when there will be some teachers with the same highest points, the person who got more than the other in the \u201cStudent Satisfaction Survey\u201d in the Differential Salary System will be elected the winner.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

2. The level of benefiting from the Electronic University Model<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Replacement and usage of teaching materials in the personal cabinet, flowing usage of electronic journal, delivering teaching materials to students by means of modern methods (corporate email, personal cabinet, Microsoft One Drive) and so on<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. The level of updating educational resources<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
