The School Dean, Assistant Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/dos-ehmedov-miraga-meherrem-oglu\/\">Miragha Ahmadov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0spoke of the increasing demand for professional managers in the modern labor market. He said, UNEC alumni occupy a special place in this market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Head of the Department <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/research\/kafedralar\/menecment\/\">Management<\/a><\/span>, Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/prof-sahbazov-kamil-agazaman-oglu\/\">Kamil Shahbazov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0noted that such meetings contribute to improving students\u2019 skills. He stressed the determination of the characteristics of the human resources mobility in strengthening management system, application of business methods, international aspects of management, resolution of organizational conflicts and the application of divisional structure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Head of the MES Department F.Sadigov spoke about the directions of improving forms and principles of new management paradigm of Azerbaijan\u2019s construction companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Chief of the SCSMP service A.Imanov revealed new techniques and methods of motivation, organization\u2019s development plans, management and development of decisions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event went on with discussions; students\u2019 questions were answered in the end.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meeting related with administration system was held at the School of Business and Management\u00a0of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) on October 14.
