Professors of the Department said R.Rzayev has unprecedented services in the development of economist cadres for many years. At the same time, he was an active participant of socio-political life of the university. The academic staff of the Department of \u201cFinance and Financial Institutions\u201d wished Ramiz Rzayev long life and healthy life and expressed confidence for maintaining friendly and constant relations with his own staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R.Rzayev was born in 1938. After the graduation in 1961 he worked for banking system for a while. He was a post graduate student and defended the Candidate\u2019s thesis within 1965-1969. He was in different positions in \u201cFinance credit\u201d including teacher, senior teacher and Associate Professor since 1969 up-to-date and at the same time lead some departments. He is the author of more than 100 scientific articles, textbooks and teaching facilities.
