Vice-rector for Students\u2019 Affairs, Associate Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/dos-qendilova-seadet-tagi-qizi\/\">Saadat Gandilova<\/a><\/span>\u00a0noted the goal of a rivalry organized by the <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/sosial-heyat\/students-organizations\/student-scientific-society\/\">Student Scientific Society<\/a><\/span>\u00a0of the <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/education\/faculties\/school-of-economics\/\">School of Economics<\/a><\/span>\u00a0was to improve students\u2019 knowledge in major disciplines, form their competitiveness and develop the ability to conduct research and debate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dean of the School of Economics, Associate Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/assist-prof-guliyev-asiman-aydin\/\">Asiman Guliyev<\/a><\/span>\u00a0delivered the information about the knowledge competition. He said the teams containing the students of the School of Economics were tasked on \u201cIntroduction to Economy\u201d in advance to investigate the topics thoroughly and prepare presentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then the teams introduced their presentations. The rivalry went on in the format of discussions among the teams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the jury, three teams got the right to participate in the next stage within the contest joined by 33 students from 6 teams. II stage of the rivalry \u201cEconomic Knowledge\u201d will be organized among the schools of the university. Winners will be awarded with diplomas and prize.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The authors of the project are the instructor of the Department of Economic Theory, Assistant Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/i-f-d-dos-serdarova-sevda-yusif\/\">Sevda Sardarova<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and SSS Chairman of the School of Economics Fidan Jahangirova.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A competition of \u201cEconomic Knowledge\u201d has been launched among I year undergraduates of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
