The main aim in applying the innovation is assessment of the teachers\u2019 performances on the basis of the objective criteria, differentiating their salaries and to improve the stimulation of their scientific and pedagogical activities in the direction of UNEC\u2019s development targets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ranking list in the Differential Salary System applied at UNEC for 2016\/2017 academic year has been determined.
