{"id":88147,"date":"2017-03-17T19:47:12","date_gmt":"2017-03-17T15:47:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/unec-de-novruz-senliyi-2\/"},"modified":"2017-03-27T14:38:50","modified_gmt":"2017-03-27T10:38:50","slug":"unec-de-novruz-senliyi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/unec-de-novruz-senliyi\/","title":{"rendered":"Novruz Celebrations of UNEC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A series of events was held at UNEC and the <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/zagatala-branch\/\">Zagatala branch<\/a><\/span>\u00a0of the University and the <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/maliyye-iqtisad-kolleci\/\">Financial-Economic College<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Novruz festivities that started with the exhibition of paintings reflecting the spring by UNEC\u2019s artist Arif Bektashi whose 70<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary was celebrated this year. Videos dedicated to Novruz were demonstrated in the monitors installed in the corridors of the university.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Congratulating UNEC staff on behalf of the university administration, Vice-rector for Administrative and Organizational Affairs <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/saiq-ehed-oglu-esgerov\/\">Shaig Asgerov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0spoke about the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev\u2019s unpresidented contributions in the promotion of Novruz traditions. He talked about the decisive steps taken in relation with the celebration of Novruz at the state level, as well as maintaining of the holiday traditions by our people up to day and its significance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participants of the event met with great passion musical and dance performances demonstrated by the members of UNEC <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/yaradiciliq-merkezi\/\">Creativity Center<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Novruz celebrations \u00a0were also organized in all academic buildings by the Faculties of <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/education\/faculties\/technology-and-design-faculty\/\">Technology and Design<\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/education\/faculties\/school-of-economics\/\">Economics<\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/education\/faculties\/faculty-of-commodity-research\/\">Commodity Research<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and the <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/education\/faculties\/the-russian-language-training-center\/\">Russian School of Economics<\/a><\/span>. Novruz khonchas\u00a0 originally designed by the School of Technology and Design which reflected Novruz attributes were highly evaluated by the jury. Winners were introduced certificates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A celebration named \u201cHappy Novruz Holiday, student!\u201d was organized at Zagatala Branch of UNEC. Director of the branch, Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/prof-rzayev-oruceli-huseynqulu-oglu-2\/\">Orujali Rzayev<\/a><\/span>\u00a0congratulated the participants on the eve of the holiday within the event joined by the academic and student staffs of the branch.
