A conference on \u201cA Period of Heydar Aliyev\u2019s Power: 10 years equal to a Century\u201d has been organized in UNEC Faculty of Business and Management<\/a><\/span>\u00a0by the Student Scientific Society.<\/p>\n

The aim of the conference is to involve students in scientific activity, support their formation as professional cadres, besides paying tribute to the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev\u2019s memory.<\/p>\n

In addition to UNEC\u2019s academic staff, students of the ADA University and Baku Business University attended the conference.<\/p>\n

The Faculty Dean, Assistant Professor Miragha Ahmadov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0spoke about the Great Leader\u2019s wealthy heritage, contributions made to education and science. He brought to that the genius personality saw Azerbaijan\u2019s progress in studying and educating the young people. He also added that student scientific conferences are held at UNEC to conduct research of the Great Leader\u2019s heritage and promote it.<\/p>\n

Drawing to attention to the speech made by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev within the 70th<\/sup> jubilee of the University of Economics, Head of UNEC\u2019s Science Department<\/a><\/span>, Professor Zahid Mammadov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0revealed the targets set forth the university by the Great Leader: \u201cThe Great Leader recommended growing up the educated young people loyal to their Motherland and people, developing textbooks to meet the state strategy and modern economic conceptions and training the young generation in accordance with the requirements of the market economy. UNEC is doing its best in this direction. The classes are conducted at UNEC based on contemporary textbooks and highly skilled personnel on all sectors of economy are being developed here.<\/p>\n

Dean of the Faculty of Turkish World of Business Administration<\/a><\/span>\u00a0Farrukh Tuzchuoghlu<\/a><\/span> talked about the significance of the conference. He said the kind of events improve students\u2019 interest to scientific research works, in addition with involving them to scientific activity.<\/p>\n

Head of the Department of \u201cTrade and Organization of Customs<\/a><\/span>\u201d, Professor Arif Shakaraliyev<\/a><\/span>\u00a0spoke about the Great Leader\u2019s ideology of Azerbaijanism and far- sighted policy.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, students\u2019 reports were heard. The conference was continued with panel sessions. Students distinguished with the interesting reports were awarded diplomas and certificates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
