The Professor spoke about the capital structure of the companies and the main factors to define them. He introduced the explanation of these main factors defining the capital structure of the companies. In particular, he talked about the strategies of the companies in the developing markets after the Global Financial Crisis in 2008. As the emerging markets, he indicated China, Brazil, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries which are in the stage of further industrialization and development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cISE Economic Talks\u201d went on with mutual exchange of views.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Note that, it was the last meeting of the Project \u201cISE Economic Talks\u201d for 2016\/2017 academic year. The platform \u201cISE Economic Talks\u201d arranged UNEC researchers\u2019 debates on the global economy and the urgent topics and problems of the country will continue in the new academic year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The leader of the project is a teaching staff of the Department \u201c<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/research\/chairs\/international-economics\/\">International Economics<\/a><\/span>\u201d <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/elizade-tehmasib\/\">Tahmasib Alizade<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A well-known economist scholar, Professor Bulent Aybar took part in the \u201cISE Economic Talks\u201d Project of the International School of Economics\u00a0of UNEC.
